These terms describe what RoleAce offers and the responsibilities of both sides. Questions about these terms can be sent to contact@roleace.me.
The service
RoleAce provides skills training and preparation material for recruitment assessments. It is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or partnered with any employer or assessment provider.
What we do not promise
We do not guarantee a job offer, an interview, a passing score or any specific assessment outcome.
We do not claim to increase general intelligence, and we do not provide real, leaked or proprietary assessment questions.
Acceptable use
Use RoleAce to prepare honestly. Do not use it to impersonate another candidate, to complete an assessment on someone else's behalf, or to distribute our content.
Work-style preparation is designed to build self-awareness and consistency, not to fake a personality profile.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. One account is intended for one person.
Payments
Paid plans are billed securely through our payment provider. Prices shown at checkout are the prices charged, and access is granted immediately after a successful payment.
Subscriptions renew until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time from your account. For billing questions, email contact@roleace.me.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product develops. Material changes will be surfaced in the app before they take effect.
