RoleAce is a preparation product for job candidates. We collect the minimum data needed to build and run your preparation plan.
What we collect
Account data: your email address and, optionally, a display name.
Assessment Mission data: target role, optional target company, assessment date, expected assessment categories, daily training time, preferred language, self-rated confidence and your main concern.
Product usage events: which pages and features you use, so we can improve the product.
What we do not collect
We do not ask for identity documents, salary data or special-category personal data.
We do not receive results from your employer or their assessment provider, and we are not connected to any recruitment process.
How your data is used
To personalise your preparation plan and show your own progress against your own baseline.
To operate, secure and improve the service. We do not sell your data.
Storage and access control
Data is stored in our managed cloud backend. Row-level access rules mean records are readable only by the account that owns them.
Your rights
You can view and edit your mission and preferences in your account at any time.
Data export and account deletion are handled as an explicit request today; a self-service flow is planned. Deletion requests are confirmed before anything is removed.
